Kyle came out to my mother’s to replace her toilet. Pretty basic plumber stuff. What set Kyle apart was his compassion and kindness when I told him she has dementia. He made us aware when there would be loud power tools as not to startle her. He was fast and efficient. She normally gets very anxious but his calm demeanor, kindness and professionalism made this a pleasant experience for her. The installation was fantastic. Great Plumber, Great company. But Kyle personally…Wonderful human.Highly recommend this company

1st time we called Elite Plumbing of FL LLC. They came recommended to us thru Island Air. Upon Kyle’s arrival, there was a little hiccup. Kyle contacted Elite Plumbing and he was able to accommodate us, which we were very grateful. Kyle installed our new Moen Kitchen Faucet, Soap Dispenser and new Garbage Disposal and checked to see why our cold water ran at a low stream. Kyle dealt with all of this in a very patient and productive manner. He completed his work in a extremely reasonable amount of time which we very much appreciated. Kyle was outstanding and very professional. I would very much recommend Elite Plumbing of Fl, LLC. Happy we found them.

Kyle was awesome! Installed water heater, new toilet and did some bathtub repairs and cleaned up. Will be calling again soon for more work to be done. Definitely an A-ONE company!
